Here are our TOP 5 favourite ways to love our cycle this Valentines day. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have your period - these will be just as satisfying and give you some real emotional benefit.
1) Take a bath in flowers and enjoy being goddess. Light some candles, put some relaxing music on and take some time out. Seriously. This is your time bebe.
2) Make yourself some essential oil mixes and take an hour to truly enjoy. (Need some ideas? check out these essential oil mixes)
3) Give yourself a tummy massage. Ok, so this one sounds a little bit bunky but we promise that you won’t regret it. Lie yourself down in a calm quite space, in a clockwise motion start with one hand using your favourite massage oil (one of our essential mixes is perfect) and then add in the other hand so you’ve got a double handed massage. If you’ve got the coordination add in our breath work routine and get a fully loaded experience.
4) Get those crystals out and give yourself a little crystal ceremony. We like to start with a bit of good old fashioned smudging to clear any negative ju-ju then light a candle, breathe deeply three times and invite the universe in to your life.
5) Write yourself love letters and hide them all over your house. Nothing says love more than loving yourself. So put pen to paper and go on, tell yourself how much your love yourself.
